During the 2011 Pro Bowl on January 30, P&G, one of the NFL’s sponsors, will donate $5,000 to United Way for every touchdown scored during the game—up to $75,000. The money will go to the local United Way of the player’s hometown team to support youth health and wellness efforts.
Additional donations will be awarded to any of the 32 NFL team communities that do not have a player score a touchdown. This brings the total investment in youth health and wellness to an estimated $100,000!
Tune in to the Pro Bowl, and root for your city to help keep local kids healthy and active.
